At Fooppers, we strive to provide the freshest and highest-quality meat, fish, seafood, and grocery items with fast delivery in Guwahati. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and replacement policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Spoiled Products

If the delivered item is spoiled, damaged, or contaminated.

If the packaging is torn or tampered with upon delivery.


B. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order.

C. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them for a full refund.

Orders canceled after 5 minutes may not be eligible for a refund if they are already processed.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet) within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit within the day.
  • In case of replacement requests, a new item will be delivered at the earliest convenience.

4. Exceptions (No Refunds or Replacements in These Cases)

  • If the complaint is made after 1 hour of delivery.
  • If the product has been partially consumed or used.
  • If the issue arises due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, taste preference).
  • If incorrect address details were provided by the customer.

At Fooppers, we are committed to delivering fresh groceries, meat, and seafood within 15 to 30 minutes across Guwahati. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery while ensuring product quality.

We currently deliver selected areas in Guwahati. You can check availability by entering your PIN code on our website or app.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery: 15 to 30 minutes from order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, or high demand.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery for orders above ₹799.
  • A nominal delivery fee of ₹25 applies for orders below ₹799.
  • Delivery charges may vary based on location, order value, or promotional offers.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed instantly after confirmation.
  • Once packed, orders are assigned to the nearest available delivery executive.

5. Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery for safety.

Customers can specify delivery preferences in the app (e.g., leave at the door, hand-delivery, etc.).

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

Your order may be marked as failed delivery if:

  • You provide an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • No one is available at the delivery location.
  • Your phone is unreachable.
  • If a delivery fails, our team will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be canceled without a refund.
